House for 4 person is located in a green oasis on a plot of over 2000 m2 and only 30 meters from the sea. The holiday home consists of a living room with fireplace, cable TV and internet access. A fully equipped kitchen connected to the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy morning coffee, breakfast or a beautiful sunrise, with a view of the crystal clear sea or the island of Ošjak. In the back of the house are two bedrooms and a bathroom / WC with shower. At the front of the house is the pool with sea water and sun beds, umbrellas and chairs to relax and enjoy. Next to the pool is a conservatory with a fully equipped kitchen and fireplace or grill for unforgettable dining experiences. The fully adapted terrain leads to the sea and the rocky beach. Above the house is a covered parking for your vehicle. Possibility of renting / using bicycles, rubber speedboats, kayaks or organizing fish picnic on the island of Proizdu. A sports facility for basketball, volleyball, football, badminton and table tennis is at your disposal. Pets are not allowed.
