The house is located in a quiet bay in a pine forest, 80 meters from the beach. From the terrace you can see the beach, the sea and the island of Hvar. The power supply of the house is obtained by solar panels with 220 V, 500 W. The last part of the road to the house is a gravel road in a length of 1,1 km. Absolutely quiet, there are only a few houses in this bay.
