The wooden house is equipped with everything you need during your holiday. A large fireplace warms the house in winter, while the natural wooden construction of the house maintains a constant comfortable temperature in summer. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a large stone barbecue with a covered patio, a dishwasher, a microwave and a large refrigerator. The basement is divided with billiards and table football, which children and adults alike like to use. In front of the house is a large meadow. The Besta on the location of the house is the proximity of the beautiful nature reserves of Croatia and the local attractions such as: Plitvice Lakes, Northern Velebit National Park, Cerovačke Cave, River Une (40 km), Zadar (40 km), Nearest Beach - Rovanjska - 33 km, Starigrad Paklenica, Krka waterfalls (Šibenik, car 1 h), Nikole Tesle - birthplace (within an hour), Winettou - Tulove beam (at the top of the Velebit) - film location, Gospić - larger center (cinema, large Shops, restaurants) 25 km. Activities: cycling, hiking - trekking, hunting tourism, rafting on the river Zrmanja (Obrovac) about 1 hour away or paragliding.
